Appeals against Internal Assessment

CPCAB requires each training centre to:

• Have an appropriate appeals procedure for appeals against internal assessment decisions or other aspects of the candidate’s learning;
• Make this procedure available to learners;
• To follow appeal procedures consistent with the training centre’s appeals policy.

Candidates should initially address all enquiries, appeals or complaints about internal assessment or any aspect of their learning experience on the course via the training centre’s own internal complaints and appeals procedures. Candidates who contact CPCAB directly on these issues will normally be directed back to their training centre.
