Counselling videos

We’ve put together a selection of short videos on various counselling and helping topics. In some of these videos people talk about the challenges and difficulties they’re facing. In others the person is simply telling their story - just like at the beginning of a counselling relationship - and in some cases they’re working with a counsellor. We've also got some videos that explain the many approaches to counselling.
