Damaged or Defective Products

Your returned item should be accompanied by an explanatory note describing the damage or defect. Don’t forget to include your return name, address and telephone number. Claims made 30 days or more following the invoice date will not be honoured.

The correct item(s) will then be despatched in their stead.
