Video and DVD Returns Policy
Videos and DVDs are NOT returnable unless a product is damaged or defective, in which case it may be returned in exchange for a replacement copy. Refunds are not available.
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or defective products (e.g. a DVD that doesn’t play properly) should be returned by the customer to the organisation named on the delivery note (depending on which item you’ve ordered, this organisation may not be CPCAB). Your returned item should be accompanied by an explanatory note describing the damage or defect. Don’t forget to include your return name, address and telephone number. Claims made 30 days or more following the invoice date will not be honoured.
The customer is responsible for paying the postage on items sent back to the supplier, whilst the supplier is responsible for paying the postage on replacement items sent to the customer. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service as returned items that are not received cannot be considered for replacement.
Wrongly Delivered Items
Any item(s) wrongly delivered (i.e. not corresponding to what was ordered) should be returned by the customer – with an explanatory note, and including the customer’s return name and address – to the organisation named on the delivery note (depending on which item you’ve ordered, this organisation may not be CPCAB). The correct item(s) will then be despatched in their stead.
The customer is responsible for paying the postage on items sent back to the supplier, whilst the supplier is responsible for paying the postage on replacement items sent to the customer. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service as returned items that are not received cannot be considered for replacement.
