How many credits are CPCAB qualifications worth?

All CPCAB regulated qualifications have a credit value and are on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). Their individual credit values can be found in the qualifications section.

These credit values are not the same as those allocated by the Open University as part of the joint OU/CPCAB Foundation Degree in Counselling. The CPCAB qualifications which can be used as part of the joint Foundation Degree are the Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (a mandatory part of the Foundation Degree worth 120 credits), or the Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and/or the Level 5 Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic Skills and Theory, both of which are optional modules conveying 30 credits each.
