Funding Update:
All current funding streams for CPCAB’s qualifications have now been rolled over to the new academic year by the Department for Education. This means that centres currently accessing funding for our Level 2 to Level 5 qualifications will be able to continue to do so in 2026-27.
Due to CPCAB’s successful application for Lifelong Learning Entitlement for TC-L4, PC-L5, CBT-L5 and CYP-L5, learners studying at eligible centres will also be able to apply for LLE for eligible qualifications, starting from January 2027.
The Department for Education have confirmed that the current Advanced Learner Loan offer will continue for those qualifications until 2030, providing centres with time to transition from Advanced Learner Loan contracts to Lifelong Learning Entitlement funding. CPCAB recommends that eligible centres begin transitioning to use Lifelong Learning Entitlement well in advance of the 2030 deadline to ensure continuity of learners' access to funding.
Due to lack of demand, Advanced Learner Loan funding for CPCAB's Level 4 Diploma in Life Coaching (LC-L4) will end on 31st Dec 2026. Centres offering LC-L4 using this funding will be able to receive it for any student on a course starting before 31st Dec 2026, but not after.
We also take this opportunity to remind centres of the increased funding available for the Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling since its approval as a Higher Technical Qualification (HTQ).
Centres wishing to know more about available funding streams can reach out to our funding team via contact@cpcab.co.uk or review our Funding Guides on the CPCAB website for more information.
