To help you speak to a member of CPCAB more quickly, we've simplified our phone system.
When you dial 01458 850350 you'll be able to choose from the following options:
- Learner enquiries - for calls from current or prospective CPCAB learners
- Centre enquiries - for calls relating to running or establishing a CPCAB centre
- Tutor enquiries - for calls relating to teaching CPCAB qualifications
- Complaints or compliments - to log either with our team
You can still contact a specific member of the team directly by dialling their extension number when you call.
